A New Calling

This is Trevon and we have been teaching him and he is praying about the Book of Mormon!

This week was absolutely amazing! We're finishing up the transfer here in eastern avenue. I have been working in a Trio for the last month because my companion went home early. As I had mentioned in my earlier email, I was put with the Sister Training Leaders who are assigned to the mission home area until the next transfer. Those transfers happen tomorrow. President Black (My new Mission President) just called, and I have been asked to be a new Sister Training Leader. That was definitely not what I expected but I'm thrilled. It's really exciting to see how the Lord has been preparing me for this. One of the ways that he's done this is by putting me with the Sister Training Leaders for the last month so that I can see what my responsibilities will look like and how to be effective. I'm going to write more next week but for now I would like to leave you with my Testimony. I know Jesus Christ lives. I know that "He Lives" means that he once was dead and was resurrected. Jesus Christ was killed at the hands of individuals who rejected his goodness. But he offered up his life and he lived his life for all of us. We truly are nothing and deserve nothing in this mortal life, but we can have everything because of him. I know that Joseph Smith translated The Book of Mormon by the power of God. The Book of Mormon was written by Jesus Christ through His prophets. This is Jesus Christ's restored church, restored through His Prophets. This is God's work, performed through his servants.

In the name of Jesus Christ Amen. Love you all! Sister Frasier

A Few Pictures below-

First it is my Birthday this month on the 18th. Sister Lynn Stickle planned a party at the Black Bear Diner for me and invited a bunch of people from the Ward in the Carmichael area to come. I am beyond blessed to be here in Sacramento where there are so many ward members supporting me!!!

Me and Lyne Stickle from the ward. She is the best! She found out from my Mom when my Birthday was and planned this special party just for me! I have been having a Birthday WEEK. Forget a BirthDAY!

A few pics from the party at Black Bear Diner.

This is Mirabai! She was a member who requested a missionary visit. We didn't know she had moved into our area. She hasn't been a member in a long time so are we teaching her the lessons. She has such a pure heart.

Sister Zimmerman and Elder Petersen!! This was the day before they left the mission and went home. I got to spend the day with Sister Zimmerman and the mission nurse because my companions where sick! I helped her get ready to go! She did a thumbs up and not a little finger heart! I was shocked!

The Day that President and Sister Zimmerman left and our sign off zoom call! I love them! Can you see that they loved all of us! They will be missed!

(Above) The new Mission President. President and Sister Black! On our first zoom call!

(Below) My companions with Sister Black. We bonded over BIG H Root beer. She's from SLC. Her and President Black met at Hires. This picture was just after our mml (meet the mission leaders). At this meeting we established our mission culture statement and learned about the Blacks. Let me just tell you .....I love them already!

Last but not least cooking dinner in our missionary apartment! See below, we are not bad cooks!
